STEP 4: INSTALL THE OTHER SOFTWARE

You can now install the other software on the CD.

1. After your computer and Windows restart, re-insert the CD into

the CD-ROM drive.

2. On the Installation screen, click Additional Software and Guides.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the other software.

When you’re finished, remove the CD from the computer and store

it in a safe place.

In addition to installing the other software from the CD, you can

also view and print the PaperPort User Guide and the scanner’s

Installation Guide.

That’s it! Your scanner is now ready to scan.

CHECKING OUT YOUR SCANNER

Your Visioneer Strobe XP 100 scanner comes with special software,

called the OneTouch software, that you use to configure the button on

the scanner. For example, to scan in black and white instead of color,

you change the button’s configuration using the OneTouch software.
